Help Vanessa Wilcox Medical and Housing Costs

I have been Victoria’s, Vanessa Wilcox’s daughter, small group leader at Northland Church Youth since she was in 7th grade and she is now in 11th grade. Her Mama, Vanessa, had to have surgery after falling off their stairs in the rain  and breaking her tibia and fibula in her ankle, requiring surgery, with pins and a plate. She will be out of work for several weeks and now they are worried about losing their apartment. Fortunately she had recently acquired health insurance, however, the deductible is $7900, as that was the policy they could afford. They had recently saved for many months to take their first vacation together on a short cruise and were supposed to leave next week. I am in process of trying to see if they can get a refund or reschedule since her Mom will be unable to travel for several weeks or months. Victoria volunteers her time at Northland Church every week serving the middle schools students as a small group leader. She consistently shares the love of Christ with her Mama, and  is a huge help to her Mom. She holds a part time job and is saving for a car so she can drive herself to work and eventually college.  She works hard in school to keep her grades up and it is just the two of them.
