Help Vanessa McIntosh Restore Home and Business

Hello,

First of all, this isn't easy at all. We aren't the folks who like this type of thing; we're helpers, not receivers.

On Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, all of Western North Carolina changed forever due to Hurricane Helene. We live in the mountains and aren't used to a hurricane ripping us apart like the coastal areas deal with. The destruction the storm left behind is something I'm not sure I have strong enough words for. Homes were lost, lives were lost, our communities were forever changed. It's honestly like living in a horror movie in the middle of a war zone now.

Around 07:45, we had trees fall on our house located in Yancey County, NC. (Home of Mt. Mitchell) As most of you know, I, Vanessa McIntosh am the owner of 5 Alarm Logistics, LLC, one of the only manufacturers here in the US. Our headquarters is also located at our house.
