Help Vanessa Get To Charleston!

As most people who know me already know, I have been having issues with my health for 11 years now. Over the past year, my shunt has decided that it doesn’t want to keep up with the amount of fluid my brain produces. Unfortunately, my Neurosurgeon didn’t seem like he had any ideas on what to do to fix it. That’s when I fired him. I refuse to walk around with my poor memory, spotty vision, headaches, nausea, pain, tremors, and anxiety for the rest of my life. These symptoms have become so debilitating that I had to decide to stay home again after I had returned to work a few years ago. It’s unacceptable if there is a chance that this surgery can help me. I have what they call a symptomatic pineal cyst. About 90 percent that are the size of mine that are removed turn out to be a type of tumor called Pineocytoma. Mine is a pretty decent size and there are only a few surgeons in the world that remove them. One of these Neurosurgeons is located in Charleston, SC. He doesn’t do telehealth visits, so I have to travel to Charleston to see him for my initial appointment, and then again for the surgery. I’m also hoping that he has some ideas on my shunt situation. Please help me raise some money so that I can help my parents to get me to Dr. Patel so I can hopefully get my quality of life back!
