My name is Vanessa Martinez. My husband David will be having surgery next week and we are not able to fully pay for the procedure. We do not have health insurance, but we did receive program assistance from the county; there is still a co-pay. We are looking to cover the rest of the medical and medication costs as well as help with some of our bills. David isn’t currently working and I am going to take some time off of work to help him recover. We really appreciate everyone that is reading this, and prayers are really appreciated. He was diagnosed with a non-seminoma germ cell tumor, and it was caught early. The prognosis is really good.
