Hi everyone, as we all know and are aware of the impacts that Hurricane Ian took towards Fort myers beach, Cape Coral, Naples, Etc.. it has been absolutely heartbreaking. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the life that was affected in any form.
This is my good friend/coworker, Vanessa Cee, and she has lost everything through this horrible tragic event at Fort Myers Beach. Two days before the hurricane was about to hit, we were preparing properties on the beach for hurricane impact. We lost contact with Vanessa early afternoon on Wednesday when Hurricane Ian hit. The days following the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, nobody had heard anything from Vanessa. All we knew prior to losing contact with her on Wednesday, was the water had started to approach her 2nd floor apartment. After about two days had past, I was then contacted and told that Vanessa was seen and she made it out okay.
“To my friends and family ..through the grace of God we did survive this by the skin of our teeth .. surge came so high up to my second floor last resort was on counters next was to get out the windows and hold in to water the rough waters took us ..I'm in shock still devastating lost alot of people I knew that COULDNT GRIP and hold long enough but thank you I AM HERE !!

This is an extremely hard time for many right now. Many homes were lost, including Vanessa’s. My goal here today is to help Vanessa get back on her feet and heal from this. The funds are going to go directly to Vanessa to provide her with a new place to call home. If we can directly impact someone’s life even just a little bit that is all that matters. If you can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
