Help Vanessa and her daughter with medical expenses.

My name is Vanessa, a wife and mom to 3 kids. My toddler has an appointment at the end of the month at childrens hospital. Due to not being able to work myself we are very limited with funds. We are needing help with gas, hotel, and food cost to make sure she is able to make her app. Hopefully we find answers we need for her this time around.

I have not been able to work due to back issues. I need a procedure done but insurance doesn't not cover it. This procedure would benefit for me to be able to walk right again, get back to work, and play with my toddler. Being hurt i am limited on what I can do.

We do appreciate any help we can get to help get lala to children's as well as help with my back procedure. Thank you.
