I never imagined I’d find myself in a position where I’d need to ask for help like this, but my heart is breaking, and I don’t know where else to turn. My sweet rescue dog, Vander, is very sick and needs medical care to have a fighting chance.

Vander came into my life as a rescue, but honestly, it feels like he rescued me. He’s my rock, my joy, and my family. He has this incredible way of making even the hardest days brighter, and now he needs me to be there for him more than ever.

Recently, life has been a challenge for both of us. A few months ago, I was hit by a car, and while I’m so grateful to be here today, the recovery process has left me unable to work. I’ve been doing everything I can to get back on my feet, but Vander’s sudden medical needs have completely overwhelmed me.

The expenses are piling up quickly, and the uncertainty about what lies ahead has been difficult to bear. Right now, I’m just focusing on getting Vander the care he needs to keep fighting and stay by my side.

I’m reaching out to ask for your kindness and support. I’m hoping to raise $2500 to cover Vander’s vet bills and give him the chance to heal and get back to being the playful, loving dog that everyone adores.
