Support Vance as he gets back on his feet after his heart transplant!

Vance Chatman has been fighting heart disease for almost 14 years and was blessed to receive a heart within the last two weeks! Surgery was successful but the road to recovery begins now, and it will be challenging. We put this GoFundMe together for our favorite husband, father, brother, cousin, friend, referee, coach and Miami Dolphins fan to help him and his family as they adjust to life with a new heart.

Vance will need help with medicines that help his body accept his new heart, medical transportation to and from his doctors appointments, and many other items in order to have the best chance at recovery.
