*UPDATE*

FIRST of all, THANK YOU to everyone who has been so faithful in supporting Vance! Please find the current update: The investigator took Vance to court to file a restraining order. The court dismissed her request, yet now she states the court is corrupt. Vance will continue to need all of the support both by prayer, and financially. This is a battle that will take a lot of warriors to rise up and have Vance’s back.

Vance Yarbrough..We know him, (even if you don’t, you have seen his impeccable character resound throughout social media since accused— AND CLEARED of ANY wrongdoing!) we love him, we support him. This GOFUNDME has been put together by a group of supporters, and was NOT a direct request from Vance. We did reach out for approval, which we were granted.

In late 2025 while substitute teaching in Turlock, a student accused him of assault. The police did a thorough investigation, the junior high school where the alleged assault took place did an investigation, and the school district did an investigation. All of the investigations found that there was no grounds for the accusation. This was primarily based on testimony from another adult in the classroom, video camera footage from the hallway outside of the room, and student testimonies.

Vance has officially sued the accusing party for Defamation, which will begin with case management at the Stanislaus Superior Court, Department 23 at 9am on April 13th, 2026.

For those of us who know Vance, we know he absolutely did not perform the acts that he is being accused of. With this GoFundMe, we aim to raise enough money to help with any expenses that may arise for Vance and his family during the hearing and trial process. From legal fees, to gas, to food, to bills that need to be paid while he is stuck in court and having to miss work. Let’s blow this out of the water and overwhelm him with more than enough. No one should EVER have to have their character put on display in such a way that Vance has had to face.
