Help Valery Study Abroad in Milan

I am raising funds for Valery, a 10th grader at Fremont High School. Valery is one of the most ambitious students I’ve worked with in my 28 years at Fremont. Her dream is not only to become a doctor but to revolutionize the healthcare industry by making it more accessible to women and people of color. To this end, Valery knows she will have to learn about different cultures and languages. So, she’s beginning her quest this summer by studying in Milan, Italy. She was awarded a $7,000 scholarship for the cost of the month-long study abroad program. However, the scholarship doesn’t include airfare or spending money, so I am seeking donations so that Valery can take advantage of this amazing opportunity.
