Hello, 

My name is Valerie Rolon,

I was born deaf/hard of hearing. As a child I had a cochlear implant surgery in my right ear,  and wear a hearing aid in the left.. 

As many of you know, I recently suffered a head trauma. As a result, I need an updated cochlear implant processor, a new hearing aid, and additional accessories/supplies. 

My job at member services heavily relies on customer interaction involving communication. With my new loss it makes it impossible.
