Let’s Help Valeria Beat Cancer

Hi, we are José, Pamela, and Nicolás — the family of Valeria Carreras, a brave 11-year-old girl who is facing the hardest battle of her life: cancer.

Until recently, Valeria was a completely healthy child, full of energy, laughter, and dreams. She was an excellent student, very active at school, and loved spending time with her little brother and family.

Everything changed when she was diagnosed with a malignant 10 cm tumor in her left ovary. Doctors had to remove the ovary along with the tumor. The diagnosis was devastating: stage 3 cancer, with metastasis in her lymph nodes and involvement of her uterus.

Since then, Valeria has undergone chemotherapy and many medical tests. Now she urgently needs another surgery and further treatment to have a real chance at recovery.

We are from Bolivia, and we’re taking Valeria to Brazil, where she can receive the specialized medical care she needs. But the costs are extremely high, and we can no longer manage them on our own.

We need to raise a total of $32,000 to cover:

$7,000 for surgery

$5,000 for medical treatment

$10,000 for accommodation and meals for 6 months

$4,000 for airfare and bus tickets

$6,000 for medications, prescriptions, and medical tests

Ayudemos a Valeria a vencer el cáncer

Hola, somos José, Pamela y Nicolás, la familia de Valeria Carreras, una niña valiente de 11 años que está enfrentando la batalla más dura de su vida: el cáncer.

Hasta hace poco, Valeria era una niña completamente sana, llena de energía, risas y sueños. Era una excelente alumna, muy activa en la escuela, y siempre feliz de pasar tiempo con su hermanito y su familia.

Todo cambió cuando le detectaron un tumor maligno de 10 cm en su ovario izquierdo. Fue necesario removerle el ovario junto con el tumor. El diagnóstico fue devastador: cáncer en estadio 3, con metástasis en los ganglios linfáticos y compromiso en el útero.

Desde entonces, Valeria ha pasado por quimioterapia y muchos exámenes. Ahora necesita una cirugía urgente y continuar con su tratamiento para tener una verdadera oportunidad de curarse.

Nosotros somos de Bolivia y estamos llevando a Valeria a Brasil, donde puede recibir la atención médica especializada que necesita. Pero los costos son muy altos y ya no podemos cubrirlos solos.

Necesitamos reunir un total de 32.000 dólares para cubrir:
