Help Valarie Moyer and Rex

Hi. I’m Judy Dundas. My friend, Valarie Moyer needs help. Her rescue dog, Rex, whom she’s had for 10 yrs is I’ll. He has a non cancerous tumor attached to his liver. So far, Valarie’s expenses have been about $1300 and expenses are expected to rise upwards to $5000, or more, which will be a real budget breaker. Please help to save this sweet boy.
