Help Val Fulfill his promised
On August 31, 2021 Val Clyde Carvajal lost his whole family in a fire accident happened in his hometown in Cebu City, Philippines. His wife Hannah, 34 and his 3 kids Felicity Sachi, 12; Andre, 6 and Dan Henry, 3 were involved in the tragic accident.
Val is an International student here in Melbourne. While studying, he always made sure he supports his family back home. Before this tragedy, he promised his wife and kids that he will bring them to Australia, now even in ashes he would still want to fulfill their dreams.
With this saddening tragedy, we kindly ask, if you are able to, to donate funds towards the funeral service and grief counselling and other expenses as he planned to go back home so Val Clyde can navigate this heartbreaking moment.

Val Clyde Carvajal is a close friend and a colleague, as his Manager, it became a worry to me of what he is going through. This fundraising is intended to ease a bit of his financial burden. I am adding him as the sole beneficiary of this fundraising so the money can be transferred directly to his bank account.
The funds raised will go towards the costs for the funerals, grief counselling for Val, plane tickets (Australia to Philippines and back) and for his quarantine expenses. We are still trying to get a travel exemption for Val so he will not get stuck in the Philippines. It is not decided to
when he can go but we will surely give you an update. We will leave this page open and we will continue to update everyone until Val is
back to Australia with his family.
