Dear AGBU MDS Community,
We’re reaching out to let you know that we are kicking off a campaign to help Vahan Hovsepian and his family, and we need your help!
Vahan has been recently diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma. This is an extremely rare form of cancer that affects the soft tissue and bones. Ewing's Sarcoma typically occurs in children and young adults. It often begins in the legs, bones of the pelvis, and arms. Bone pain, localized swelling, and tenderness are symptoms. Vahan will need immediate and intense chemotherapy and radiation.
Our administration and his teachers have quickly rallied around Vahan and his family to get him the best care possible. As you can imagine, this catastrophic diagnosis has turned the Hovsepian family's world upside down. Please join us by donating whatever you can to help Vahan CONQUER cancer.
Vahan joined our AGBU MDS family in the 6th grade and is described by his friends and teachers as a true gentleman with a fierce spirit. His favorite subject is Math, and he also really enjoys Baron Gumruyan's Armenian class. He has been part of the Supporting Athletics in Armenia Club and played on the Flag-Football team. In the future, he sees himself founding and being the CEO of his own online marketing company.
In Unity is Strength is AGBU's motto. Determined people working together can do anything. We are determined to see Vahan excel and become the CEO of his own online marketing company in a few years.
