Violeta is a US veteran in her mid-thirties with a young son & husband. A few weeks ago, Violeta went to her doctor amidst the COVID-19 madness to get help for her severe migraines. After being sent home with pain medication and no relief, she returned to the doctor for further testing. 


After receiving an MRI scan of her head, the doctors discovered three malignant tumors on her brain that had originated in her lungs. She was then told she has Stage 4 cancer. 


V lives a healthy life & has no history of smoking & no history of cancer in her family, making this news extremely shocking. She has now started radiation & is getting prepared for her full cancer treatment plan. 
 

As you can imagine, there will be lots of unexpected expenses & challenges ahead. V is our co-worker/employee/friend. She is one of the kindest & most hardworking people out there.  Let’s rally together & show her our support at this challenging time.
