Help Uyen save her transplant kidney

Hi, my name is Toan, who is now based in the U.S. My close friend Uyen (27 years old now) from Vietnam was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure in January 2020 when she received a scholarship to go to the UK to pursue her Master's Degree. Then the sickness came, ending her long-awaited dream and threatening her life.
She then went on dialysis while waiting for her mom’s kidney function to improve and thus meet the requirement of the surgery. It was not an easy journey as she both suffered from physical and mental pains. As a brave soldier, while on dialysis, Uyen still tried hard to create positive social impacts by working as a dedicated English teacher, financially supporting her family as a breadwinner, paying for her medical treatment, and saving money for her kidney transplant surgery.
Then she received her mom’s kidney at the start of 2022, costing around 20 000 US dollars, yet opening a promising future. Being filled with ambition, she started her Master's degree online and continued her work to add value for English learners and teachers in Vietnam as a teacher and teacher trainer. However, things didn't go as planned as she was unfortunately affected by BK virus, causing damage to her kidney. The treatment method costs a significant amount of money - 17 000 US dollars in 6 months. She has used all of her savings for the previous surgery so it is a heavy financial burden on her.
We appreciate everyone who is able to help, even just a little bit. With your kind hearts and sincere support, I hope that Uyen can become her best version again.
