Help Utah Students Conserve and Protect Precious Ecosystems

Hello!

We are Utah Students for Conservation! Our club works to connect students with hands-on opportunities and actionable steps to conserve Utah's local lands and ecosystems. We organize fundraising events, fieldwork/volunteer opportunities, panels with professional conservationists, and work directly with local organizations. Students can join this club from any background, whether they study the environment or simply want to learn more about conservation. That said, we offer connections to great local organizations, like Save Our Canyons and Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, providing opportunities for internships and volunteering.

We ask for funding to purchase supplies needed to organize various student-led events throughout the semester, including conservation field-work days, fundraisers for local organizations, conservation panels, and club trips to conservation sites and local lands. Additionally, we require funding for our environmental stewardship camping trip down to Southern Utah at the end of the semester.
