Help us with vital construction - AHHA Education
Donation protected
We need your help.
We are AHHA Education, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing quality education to under-privileged communities across Cambodia, Timor Leste, Laos, and Japan. The work we do is vital to over 15,000 students every day and consistently has a pivotal influence on their futures and careers. However, we unfortunately need to seek donations for construction projects, to maintain our ability to support those who need it most.
The Cause: we are in desperate need of updates to our campuses. Many of the structures that are vital to daily life in our centres are more than twelve years old and beginning to fall into unusable states. Under the Cambodian sun, sheltered areas are absolutely necessary for our students to socialize and relax. In several centres, a lack of proper fencing poses a serious risk to the safety and security of children.
Background: AHHA Education is an NGO which provides award-winning educational programs in the development of one’s potential. AHHA is operating since the year 2000 and has educated over 250,000 students, 15,000 students are taught daily. Currently we are operating in 50 centres across 4 countries where we have enrolled over 350 international volunteers. In Cambodia, every day we educate more than 1,000 students in communities across 6 provinces, across the whole of Cambodia. Read more about us on our webpage at www.ahhaeducation.org.
The Challenge: The cost of serviceable materials for major projects such as these can become extremely high, even with careful budgeting and consideration. The cost of labor over extended periods of time can be significant. While AHHA has secured partnerships with generous construction and material companies such as ISI steel, additional funding from donations is needed to make the construction needed possible.
Our Goal: Our goal is to raise twenty thousand (20,000) Euros to be able to complete all of the most pressing projects. If raised, the funds will cover the cost of a dining hall, a shade pavilion, new study area, as well as round-centre fencing in our provincial centres. If we cannot raise the complete goal, the fencing and dinning hall will be prioritized, as the current state of affairs poses a potential risk to students.
Why Your Support Matters: By donating to this appeal, you’ll be directly improving the lives of hundreds of students, and empowering them to engage in education that can transform their futures. We believe our students deserve the opportunity to focus on their studies without worrying about adversity in their environment.
How Can You Help:
