My name is Amy and I’m fundraising on behalf of my cousin and her mom who is living with dementia. My cousin cannot afford to pay the unexpected bills that have accrued from two separate hospital visits for a broken hip, a stroke and having to be continuously transferred to further extended care homes for her progressing dementia.
