Hi everyone!

My name is Marcelo, and I’m raising funds for a cause very close to my heart. I am leading the Chilean Committee for the International Book Fair, Inc. in Lawrence, MA (www.lawrenceibma.com), where we celebrate the accomplishments of Latin American authors from New England and around the world.

This year, we are proud to feature many authors, poets, and artists from Chile. To show our gratitude, we would love to provide them—and the volunteers who make this event possible—with a delicious lunch of traditional Chilean cuisine during the two days they will be presenting. Our committee’s goal is to raise enough to cover these meals as a gesture of appreciation for their talent and dedication.

The International Book Fair, Inc. is powered by passionate community organizers who volunteer their time each year to bring a vibrant cultural and literary celebration to the people of Lawrence. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact this event has in building connections, fostering pride, and uplifting our community.

Every contribution, big or small, truly makes a difference. Even a few dollars can help us reach our goal and show care to the people who give so much to this celebration.

If you can’t donate right now, sharing this fundraiser is also incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. It means the world to me.
