Help Us With Meds & Groceries

In June of this year my wife lost her job suddenly and wrongfully. Since then it's been hell on us. It's been one thing after another after another while we try to navigate legal issues and the current economy on just my paycheck alone.
Today, It's Middle of October. We STILL have not gotten a determination on my wife's Unemployment that we filed on June 15th. We have gone 4 months trying to scrape anything together. I've cancelled every subscription I have. I've almost maxed out all of my credit cards *twice* to cover our bills.
All of our savings are gone.
Our car is in dire need of a repair before the winter begins (Serpentine Belt + Brakes).
My wife hasn't gotten a single callback for any interviews.
We were *so* hoping to start a family this year and it's just... Heartbreaking that we *can't*. We've done everything right and still we can't get out of this hole that her employer put us in. And until we can get enough to pay for our collective meds and ensure we have transportation, I'm not sure how we can keep going or when (if) we'll ever get to have the family we were dreaming about.
I'm scared. I'm desperate. I don't know what else to do.
Please, I'm not asking. I'm begging for any help you can provide.
