Hi everyone. This is Erin. I decided to put together a Go Fund Me for my precious Howie. He passed away suddenly yesterday. As most of you know, he became very sick with Covid-19 on Christmas Day. He was taken to the hospital by squad on 1/4/22, placed in a medically-induced coma and on a ventilator on 1/7/22. He fought hard for 2 weeks but tragically his heart just couldn’t withstand the low saturation of oxygen his lungs were receiving and went into cardiac arrest. They tried to revive him, to no avail. Howie’s time on earth was finished and Jesus carried him home to Heaven to be with his sweet momma, Brenda that just passed a week ago, 1/13/22. Howie didn’t even know she had passed. We were waiting until he was off the ventilator to tell him.

With all of that being said, Howie was unemployed when he passed with no medical insurance and unfortunately has no life insurance. Howie’s wish was to be cremated and have his ashes spread over the mountains of Cleveland, Tennessee. Everyone has asked how they can help, this is it. Please give as your heart sees fit, no gift is too small. Even the gift of prayers are greatly appreciated.

For all who knew him- Howie was a man bigger than life, full of life, love and laughter. He will be missed by so many, especially me. He had his share of broken relationships in the past, as did I. We were so incredibly happy together and were making plans to wed in the near future, prior to us getting sick. I’m so heartbroken that our love story was cut short. We were praying so hard and believed with everything in us for a miracle, but God was the only one who knew when He’d call Howie home. I’m not quite sure how I’ll make it in this world without him, but Jesus will carry me through. I sincerely thank you and love you all.
