Karina Amarilis Nova, Resident of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, passed away on August 18, 2024.
Beloved Daughter of Francis Nova and Wendy Sosa, Karina was only 26 at the time of this trajedy.

The sad reality is setting in.
This is so unexpected.
For those of you that knew Karina, you know that she was a caring loving person.
Karina, a Boston University Alumna, Class of 2021, earned a cum laude bachelor of arts in sociology.
She loved helping people and followed that passion in her choice of career.
Karina served as the Impact Project Implementation Manager at MENTOR.
An anonynous donor has covered all funeral expenses.
This has shifted the purpose of this fund raiser.
These funds are now to cover the cost of the reception and the purchase of a beautiful headstone for Karina's final resting place.
All remaining proceeds will be donated in honor of Karina to the nonprofit she was a part of (MENTOR National).
MENTOR is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization.

Service will be held on Sunday August 25 from 3 to 5 PM.
Family and Friends will gather again at the funeral home on Monday August 26 from 10 am until 11 am before traveling in procession to New Calvary Cemetery were she will be laid to rest.
