Hi, Everyone. I’m Vickie Grant, and if you’re reading this , you knew my nephew Derek Covey. Sadly, Derek has passed away suddenly, leaving his Uncle Gary and I to arrange for his final send off. I know that he will be missed by many and hope that all those who knew and loved Derek like we still do can help us out and give a little so that we can afford to honor his final wishes- to be cremated after a public viewing (if possible); have a reception of some sort- so that we can all share stories of his crazy antics and laugh with him one last time; and have his remains returned to the earth down south where he grew up.
