Hello, this is Philip MacRae. Me and my mother, Susan, have been going through a series of rough patches as of late.

We are currently broke, with bills needing to be paid, both of us in overdraft at our bank, and our cupboards, fridge and freezer almost empty. Susan is currently unable to work due to illness, and has been off for the better part of a year now with no signs of recovery anytime soon. While I am barely making ends meet with my job and usually have to pay for everything, and I do mean everything.

Recently, I have gone back to school to study for a career in animation. Outside of having to pay for the tuition fee, I have been the victim of both a phishing scam that cost me $3000, and a robbery that resulted in some expensive school supplies including my school-issued laptop being stolen.

By helping us out, we'll be able to pay for food, rent and other general expenses such as transportation, tuition for my course, and medical supplies for Susan. All money will be split between the two of us to pay out respective finances.

We don't expect this to be a long-term solution, but we are hoping that this will at least get us by for the next few months.
