Hello  for those few who may not know ...On July 5th myself and my families life was forever changed as I was diagnosed with leukemia (AML) Since then I have been in the fight for my life. Most days are pretty decent,  I only have had a few side effects. 
I have not worked (due to other illnesses) since February of  last year and if i don't return by February of 2020, I will lose my employment and benefits.


My husband George  has been Amazing through it all. The love chunks (the kids)  have been positive, patient and understanding through it all. 

We have been blessed throughout our lives with so many friends and family who have been very supportive,  as well as having insurance, but as much help as it gives there are certain things we must pay and it is slowly but surely taking its toll on us.  Never in a million years would we have thought we would be in such a position,  but as the doctor said,  cancer doesn't discriminate against anyone.  We remain positive as a family and have basically let God take the reigns in our lives.

We have always maintained employment and never assumed we would be in such a position to ask for help.  We are doing our research to find ways the state or other state or government resources that may be of help.

At this point,  we are not even sure if what we are asking for is too much,  or not enough and anything would help.  We know there are so many others dealing with their own issues and for those that can't help,  prayers and positive thoughts are always welcome.
