FOUR NEWBORNS - ENORMOUS ONGOING COSTS.

Our daughters are Australia's first known naturally conceived identical quadruplets. Identical quadruplets are commonly estimated to occur in about one in 15 million births. Because all four girls shared a single placenta, Jenitar's pregnancy was rarer still.

We are deeply grateful for every donation, message and act of kindness shown to our family since the arrival of our four precious girls.

Our miracle babies’ extraordinary arrival is only the beginning. We are now caring for four newborn babies while continuing to raise their four older siblings, and the immediate and long-term costs are enormous.

Our family needs a safe vehicle large enough for ten people, four sets of baby equipment and daily supplies, ongoing medical transport and appointments, suitable accommodation, household essentials and the continuing resources required to care for eight children.

Recent media attention has focused heavily on housing. We are thankful that our private rental

assistance was restored after a review. That assistance provides welcome relief, but it addresses only one part of the much larger challenge facing our family.

This GoFundMe is not limited to rent or one housing expense. It was created to help meet the combined immediate and longer-term needs of our four newborn girls, their four older siblings and our family as a whole. Depending on our circumstances, part of the funds may help us secure and establish suitable long-term accommodation, but housing is only one component of the appeal.

The $120,000 goal reflects the combined scale of these needs, rather than the cost of one item. We are keeping careful records and will continue to update supporters on the family's priorities and how their generosity is helping.
