Help us walk Pen-y-fan & take our family abroad

Hello, we're Cat and Ash, and we're on a mission to raise funds for a very special goal. We have three beautiful children, and we're determined to create lifelong memories for each of them. Our son, who has a life-limiting condition called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, deserves to experience the world beyond our hometown.

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a muscle-wasting disease that has already taken a significant toll on our son's mobility, leaving him reliant on a wheelchair. Despite this, he still has moments of independence, and we want to cherish these moments while we can.

We have two ambitious targets: first, to conquer the highest mountain in South Wales, Pen y Fan, in 6-8 weeks' time. This challenge will help us raise vital funds for our ultimate goal: to take our family on a dream holiday abroad.

We long to create unforgettable experiences for our son, like watching him walk through a new town, exploring a pristine beach, or simply enjoying quality time together as a family. We want to give him the gift of a 'miracle holiday' before his condition progresses further.
