Help Us Turn On Water After Dad's Loss

Hey guys, most know how my life has been going for the past almost two years. From taking care of my dad full-time until he passed away from cancer to having to move and start my life all over again. It seems like I'm getting knocked down at every turn.

Now I'm running into a new problem. I just got my little family moved into a new place for our new begining when I was told I'm responsible for the bills that were left behind in Dad's name before I can get water service turned on at my new location. Dad had a water leak and never had it dealt with so this is not a tiny bill. Upwards to $600.00. I have no way of paying this in a timely matter so my kids can have water at our new place. I don't know what else to do besides beg for some help. Everything helps, please.
