At Leftover Love Food Rescue, we believe in creating a culture of kindness by paying it forward to families in need. Our mission is simple yet powerful:

transform edible food waste from landfills into healthy, human-grade meals for pets, ensuring no family has to choose between feeding themselves or their beloved animals.

We address two critical issues at once:

- Food insecurity for pets: One in five families struggle to afford pet food, leading to over 3 million pets being surrendered to shelters each year. We provide free, nutritious meals to keep families and their pets together.

-Environmental impact: Food waste in landfills accounts for 8% of global greenhouse gas emissions. By rescuing this food, we reduce waste and fight climate change, one bowl at a time.

Our guiding principle uses kindness as a compass to cultivate a culture of caring—one that lasts for generations.
