We’re heading to Vegas (Oct 15–20) before kicking off our big Canadian working holiday . Here’s the deal:

I’ve never been to a casino ever—and those of you who know me know I’m not a gambler. But it’s Vegas, and if there’s ever a time to test a bit of beginners’ luck… this is it.

We’re broke-ish, and our sensible money is locked down for Canada—but it would be rude not to have a cheeky punt in the casinos because, well… it’s Vegas!

If you’re ever at the pub about to feed a $20 or $50 into the pokies and watch it vanish, how about tossing it into our Vegas fund instead? At least this way, your money gets a holiday too.

Leave us your lucky number or game choice in the comments (roulette, blackjack, pokies your call) and we’ll play it for you. If it hits? Imagine the bragging rights: “I called the winning number in Vegas.”
