Supporting her recovery from postpartum depression

Hi everyone,

Our family is reaching out to ask for a bit of help giving Lindsay a much-needed moment of rest and peace as she continues her recovery from postpartum depression and psychosis.

For the past few months, Lindsay has been receiving care and support at the Homerton University Hospital Mother and Baby Unit, where she’s been doing incredibly hard and courageous work to heal while caring for our baby daughter, Zoey. Recovery from an illness like this is not easy. She has been incredibly brave, patience, and enormously strong.

Now that she’s starting to spend some time away from the ward, we’d love to give her something truly restorative. A wellness day at the Four Seasons Spa at Tower Bridge. This would give her the chance to reconnect with calm and serenity after months of hospital walls and emotional exhaustion.

We’re hoping to cover:

A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating treatment starting with a gentle back massage and followed by a hydrating, purifying facial.

• Four-Hour Spa Facilities Pass

Access to the pool, vitality pool, and thermal suite to unwind and reflect in a peaceful space.

This small retreat would be a powerful step in Lindsay’s healing journey. A chance for her to rest, breathe, and feel a bit of herself again after all she’s endured to bring our little girl into the world and recover from this illness.
