Help us trap more lost and stray dogs
Donation protected
Hello, Many of you may know my husband and me from Facebook from trapping lost and stray dogs in central New York. I lost count, but its well over 60-70 dogs we have trapped and returned to their families. We volunteer our time and services and are dedicated to bringing lost dogs home and saving stray and abandoned dogs from the streets. We both work full-time and spend almost every free minute helping these lost babies. We spend all our own money on expenses like traps, cameras, data plans, food, batteries for the cameras and gas and have never asked for a dime from anyone. When one of our traps (which is very expensive, $300-$600 depending on size) was stolen, during one of our rescue attempts, we had two angels who donated a trap to us, but now we are in need of an updated trail camera. We are looking to invest in a Spartan Go Live 2M 4G trail camera to set on the traps so we can get actual live feeds in real-time. This will help us reduce the time the dog is in the trap. It will also allow us to observe the dog's behavior when they approach the trap area so we can better understand their behavior and help us in future rescues. These cameras are approx $450.00, and that does not include the monthly data plans we have to purchase. We have never asked for money before for any of our expenses, but for us to continue trapping and saving these lost souls, we need your help. Please consider donating so we can get the supplies we need to save more dogs in need and get them home to their families.
