We are able to send another transfer of 35 cats to the Toronto Cat Rescue through the OSPCA at the end of this month!

We sent a transfer of 34 in October and all cats were adopted to their forever families within 2 weeks!

We need donations to help cover the rental of our van, and gas. We are driving the cats to Sault Ste Marie where the OSPCA will meet with us and drive them the remaining way to Toronto. We have estimated this will cost $2,000.

We need to vaccinate all cats prior to going on the transfer and this will cost us approx. $2,000 as well.

This is a great opportunity for the shelter as we are currently WAY over capacity and are at a standstill for taking in surrenders. We currently have 115 cats within our care and no open kennels at the shelter. With winter here, we need to be able to take in outdoor strays. Our surrender list is sitting at 100+ cats right now.

Every cat transferred allows us to bring another cat into rescue to give them a chance at a forever home!
