Helping Lisa Recover from Aortic Dissection

Hi! My name is Amber ! I’m making this gofundme to ask family and friends to help with what you can so that we can continue to travel to Houston, Tx. On 9/14/2022 my mom Lisa Kirk Spottsville suffered a Arotic Dissection and was air lifted to St. Luke’s in Houston, Tx were she underwent 10+ hours of major surgery. And multiple other procedures. She is no longer on dialysis she suffered acute kidney trauma and was in continuous dialysis 24 hours a day for 3 weeks. She is dealing with Vascular issues do to poor blood flow from the dissection. We are truly blessed to have her still be here with us. She has made tremendous progress she is still currently on the ICU floor. But will be moving to a LTAC (no date as of now) to receive extensive rehabilitation we will be traveling there as well as someone will always be there with her to help her and support her along the way. We live in Louisiana so myself , Paw, and my brother rotate staying with her. She has a long road to go with therapy and regaining her mobility and we are going to be with her every step of the way Hotels,Gas, Parking, Food, add up quickly. There will be construction that will have to be done to her home before her return. And provide her with the necessary care. So any donations are appreciated.
