Hi,

this is for the people that knows us, for those who genuinely wants to help us stay.

we understand the weight of asking help, I’ve (Sam) hesitated a lot before creating this go funding me because I keep thinking there’s way more important things happening out there.

our reality for those who don’t know is that we just got married in two different countries and that was a commitment we both made with the understanding that we should honour and value the opportunity to have both families participating in such a big life event. And it was so worth it! We worked really hard to be able to pay everything off, and guess what, we did! Most of the things we managed to pay.

but when we returned to Australia we were hit with a very unfortunate situation and found out I couldn’t extend my visa by joining Cayden’s visa until we had our feet on the ground to even thing about the next step.

we had to move quickly, and think fast. After a lot of research, stress, prayers, hopes and conversations, we found a way out. We’re so very grateful for God to move things miraculously and for my work to decide to sponsor me in a temporary visa.

and although this is great news, the reality is we still have to pay for a part of the process and we honestly weren’t financially ready yet for this kind of investment.

so that’s why, even hesitant, we’re opening here a space for those that feel in they hearts to help us stay. We want to keep contributing to our community for a little longer. We love Church, we love serving and we don’t think it’s time for us to go yet!

so if you feel in your heart to bless us, we will be forever grateful. And we don’t take it lightly.
