Dear Friends, our furry beloved family member Babu has been suffering from strong seizures (epilepsy attacks) for over a week :'(

We have now had a CT scan and found out that he has something large (an injury) in the right side of his brain. To find out exactly what it is, fluid from his neck spine and an MRI needs to be taken to examine the real cause of his suffering as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, this is only possible in an animal hospital in Lisbon or Porto, and it is very expensive. We need to find out as quickly as possible whether this is a tumor or a bacterial infection or inflammation in order to be able to proceed with the right treatment effectively. As for now he only gets anti epilepsy medication to stop the seizures, what not always is working. Every Euro can help us at the moment, as all the tests and medications are expensive. We appreciate everyone's help a lot! :)
