Help us to raise much needed funds for our rescue

Hi, my name is Lindsey and with the help and support of my husband, we own and run Keki's Guinea Pig Rescue. We are a small unregistered rescue based in Basingstoke and only opened in March after I saw how all other Guinea Pig rescues were at breaking point and I wanted to do something to help.

We take in any guinea pig with no judgement, to eventually find them a new loving home. But sometimes depending on their age or health this is not always possible. So they have to live the remainder of their lives at the rescue with us.

Since we opened we have taken in 100 Guinea pigs. We have managed to find homes for 65 of these and 4 have retired into our care full-time.

So why are we trying to raise funds:-

With this in mind, we already face the prospect of having to consider where we might come from a few months down the road. And this is the same for lots of rescues like us.

And this is so upsetting for us, as myself and our team of volunteers and fosterers work so hard to try to help all the guinea pigs that come through our doors. We would hate to not be able to do this anymore.

So if you can help in any small way all of us here at Keki's Guinea Pig Rescue and all the Guinea Pigs will be eternally grateful that your kind acts of kindness will hopefully help keep our doors open.
