Help us to let Kuya Peng Come Home

I am Ellen the younger sister of Kuya Peng. He had been in CCU ( Cardiac Coronary Unit) for 1 Month due to Massive Heart attack. He underwent Angioplasty but sadly went into cardiac arrest a few days after. He then had to undergo another cardiac surgery to remove fluids and blood clots around the covering of his heart.He kept the faith and fought so hard inspite and despite of the complications and infections his body had to endure. He is now for discharge, Thanks be to God. He has been in hospital since 27/2/23.Our bill is at 2.1M pesos(€36,000) less his PWD is about 1.6M (€27,500). We have exhausted our funds during his time in CCU and have very little left to pay his bill. We have asked help from government agency but still not enough to discharge him home. Hospital will not accept promisory note for the Professional fees of the doctors. Our mom has been with my Kuya every single day in the hospital. Please HELP us to bring my Kuya Peng Home.
