VADER Needs your help!! I named him Vader because of his VERY raspy breathing.

He was found in BD7 and by way of a paper collar it was discovered that his owner had recently died. Having no family, he was left to fend for himself. His feeder did her best to find a rescue to take him, but unfortunately they are all full to bursting.

Yesterday he collapsed so I went to get him, one vet said they were too busy to help him and the second we waited 2 hours before I decided to take him "home" and get him some food and let him rest as they told me they could not give me any idea of when he would be seen!!

First thing this morning he went to our vets. The poor lad is in a bit of a state. Low core body temp, full bloods need doing, severely dehydrated, bad diarrhea, he also as retained testicle that will need surgery to remove and fractured canines that are bound to be causing pain when eating!

The vet has kept him in on fluids and antibiotics for his severe upper respiratory infection and estimates him to be under 10 years old. He is not chipped and the fact that he was once owned just proves how badly these boys deteriorate when abandoned.

If anyone would care to donate towards his vet bill which is likely to be upwards of £800, it would be most appreciated. HIs feeder has already kindly donated £100 towards his treatment. :-)
