Help us to help our dad in icu

Our father was involved in a single vehicle truck accident on 3rd may 2021 more than 700 km from our home. He is in intensive care in a critical condition in Rockhampton Hospital.  He is the Owner/Driver, so the truck that was ridden off was the main truck of the business, he was on his way home and was empty at the time. 

Our mother who is in a wheelchair has travelled down there to be with him and costs are proving difficult. Our younger sister has been bussed down there to help mum get around and take care of her aswell.
Accommodation is proving difficult atm due to Beef Week so all motels and caravan parks are full and so mum and our sister are in a tent on the other side of Rocky, 10kms away from the hospital.

We found out that red cross has been closed due to Covid and No other organisation seems to be able to help us. 

Dad has only owned the business for almost 2 years in july.  Dad was the main truck driver, and as the main truck/truck driver of the company we have clients that are relying on us to get their jobs done, which has now put us under a lot of financial stress. 
We are now going to have to buy another truck to keep the business going.  The truck that was involved in the accident wasn't insured for accidents, and because of the age of the truck no one would insure the it. So buying a new truck is going to be out of pocket.

*Our home now needs to be updated to cater for dad's needs so that it is safe for him, like the bathroom, toilet etc. And putting more things in place than what is already there for our mum.

Our father has extensive injuries and will be in icu for a long while yet and many surgeries are yet to come.
