Hello,

My name is Hayley and today on my dog walk with my daughter Rose and our 3 dogs, we stumbled upon this little dog.

He was curled up in a ball not moving and clearly withdrawn and in pain. Rose and I rushed back to get our car so that we could try to help him.

With some encouragement (after falling a couple of times) he managed to stand and walk very slowly and painfully to the car.

My daughter Rose has called him Chocolate Chip (Chip for short)!

I immediately took him to the vets down the road from our walk, which is where he is now. The vets will do tests to see what treatment he needs, clean up his wounds, remove his ticks and treat his fleas.

I cannot afford his treatment alone and I do not know how much it was cost to rehabilitate him and so I need help to pay for his care. I will foster him until he is fit and well enough to find a forever home.

Please help me to help him, I could not just leave him there.
