Family Vegan Restaurant

For about four years ago, right before the Pandemic hit us by a storm, we opened Vegan AF. We held this concept very close to us as being a Latino family, we broke stereotypes of being plant-based while still embracing our culture through our affordable meals. Since then, our meals filled with joy and love had touched everyone’s hearts in town and even those who aren’t plant based! We believe that plant based meals should be affordable for everyone.

With the anticipation of hoping for sales to increase post pandemic, it had only decreased since then.

We live off from this restaurant, as it is our family’s only income. In order to pay our goods as everyone else should be able to with their main singular income. We are in risk of losing our home and restaurant because of rent increasing within our area. Our area that was once filled with love and culture, now slowly being replaced with the common rest of the world. Plant based communities are slowly dying because of this economy, simply because not everyone can afford for example, oat milk. Some are forced to live the traditional lifestyle due to costs and simplicity of going to their grocery store and buying the most affordable dinner that night for their family. Our goal with Vegan AF is for accessibility and sharing the knowledge of how plant-based lifestyles can come to you and how we can share our home cooked meals on the road.

With that being said, wishing for Vegan AF to become a Food truck and to help our financial situation so we would not be kicked out of our home. We are asking for you to help us, in the past we never asked for assistance, however it reached to the point where our family and culture is in shambles. Any amount would make a massive difference for our community. We will be more than happy to provide a free meal if our goal is met for the Food Truck and we will personally deliver it to you.
