!! Your donation will build a foundation for an orphanage home !!

Two years ago during Ramadaan 2019, we raised funds to start the construction of a new building for the orphans of Bangladesh. With your help, we met our goal and waited for the end of the monsoon season to begin construction. Soon the world was hit by the pandemic and the orphanage needed to be evacuated, as Bangladesh underwent frequent periodic lockdowns throughout the year. We shifted our focus to providing monthly food and allowances to the orphans through their temporary caretaker families. With the help of Allah and your generosity, we finally started the construction in February of 2021.

So far, we have completed two-third of the work, including filling up the land with sand and gravel, building the foundation, and completing the first-floor ceiling. The work that still needs to be completed requires approximately $12,000 and will, Insha'Allah, open up the possibility of providing shelter for another 100 orphans. Due to the pandemic, there is a manifold increase in the need to take care of more children in the nearby areas. With your help, we can finish the rest of the construction work within the next two months and start providing the much-needed home that these children deserve.
