Over 10 years ago, we started a passion project with one simple goal: to recreate one of our favourite films through stop motion and miniature filmmaking.

Shahzaib and Levi began as two friends experimenting with a camera has grown into one of the biggest creative journeys of our lives.

Over the years we’ve taught ourselves stop motion animation, miniature set building, lighting, cinematography and visual effects. As our skills improved, so did our vision for the film. We made the difficult decision to rebuild and recreate many scenes so that the entire project would feel consistent and meet the standard we knew we could achieve.

Everything we've done has been completely self-funded. Every miniature set, prop, piece of equipment and filming space has been paid for out of our own pockets because we believe in bringing this project to life.

Today we’re closer than ever to completing it.

As with any long-term independent production, the costs continue to grow. Building detailed miniature sets, replacing worn materials, purchasing supplies and maintaining equipment all take time and money.
