Help us through this Perfect Storm
Donation protected
If any family needs help, it’s ours. In attempting to deal with the number of large number of problems, I compare it to “a Perfect Storm," many weather conditions which create many problems and damage wherever they land. That’s essentially what has happened to us. We are a family of seven with three girls and two boys, the 15 has Autism. It’s taken medical and psychological intervention to get him where he is today. My husband who has been in the hospital since September 28, 2024 and has dealt with medical interventions consisting of being on a ventilator for weeks on end, gastrointestinal bleeding, sedation, blood transfusions, as well as other issues . Yet there doesn’t seem to be a diagnosis. We have already received bills in the multi thousands of dollars from the hospital. Just recently, we have received an eviction notice. We have a court date of January 7, 2025. I am managing to work 36 hours a week so we can at least pay some bills. Our car is close to dying and getting to work for me will be a problem if it quits running. There was no Christmas this year. If anyone can offer a donation for all of this it would be really welcome. The two oldest children are out looking for jobs, but it’s too late to stop the eviction proceedings.
