Help Us Through Dad's Stroke Crisis

Hi everyone, my name is Bianka Gomez and I’m currently fundraising for my dad. He suffered a serious stroke while driving and is now being treated in the hospital. The doctors discovered a large amount of bleeding on the right side of his brain, which caused major swelling. Because of this, he is currently unable to move the entire left side of his body, and the road to recovery is uncertain. He is expected to be in the hospital for months, and we are still waiting to see how much function he may regain.

This unfortunate incident has taken a massive toll on our family—emotionally, physically, and financially. The sadness and fear we are experiencing is overwhelming. My dad is the backbone of our family and a key provider for his three daughters. With him hospitalized, our lives have been turned upside down.
