Help Us Through Baby's Surgery and NICU Stay

Hello, we are needing alittle help because our 13th child is going to be born by the 8th of August with a stomach defect called a Omphalocele which will require surgery and nicu stay. This has been an internal debate asking the world for help but the biggest affect this will have on us is we live almost 2.5 hours away from hospital and have children at home attending school. We also have 1 year old twins that will still need us most of the time during this time. Gas plus eating once a day traveling has been costing us $80-$100 2x a week which will turn into more trips next week after birth and we were also expecting accommodation with Ronald McDonald and we are on wait list but have not heard anything about a opening. We appreciate anything.
