My name is Riana and I'm fundraising for my life long best friend Danielle. She's currently abroad in Israel and due to a life threatening medical emergency, she's facing about $7,000 in hospital bills, medications, and unforeseen travel expenses. She's been directed by doctors to not fly home for another month, leaving her out of work with regular bills still coming in too. **SHE HAS ALSO BEEN INFORMED BY HER MEDICAL TEAM THAT SHE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY UNTIL THE MEDICAL BILLS ARE PAID**
- Danielle is extremely selfless. She'd be the first one to help out a friend, a student, even a stranger. Some of you may know her as "The Teacher With the Fro" who has created a community group to support graduating Newburgh Seniors and creates TikToks that raise awareness of all the aspects of teaching. Some of you recognize her as The Gangstress from the Discussion Gang podcast and Facebook group. Danielle orchestrates these groups in her free time and makes it a point to make members feel heard and embraced. She's truly a role model for all.
